Host a Gold Party at Home

From Home Sales Party to Hosting Gold Parties at Home

This post was originally published on the Host a Gold Party blog and has been republished here (with permission) for our Gold Parties at Home readers.

"We have all heard of Amway, Mary Kay and a host of other brands that rely on individuals, word of mouth and networking to sell their products."

"This is known as multi level marketing, or simply MLM. But around the same time their was another new and ingenius marketing plan devised... the home sales party."

"Of course the best known of these home sales party companies was Tupperware."

"It's unfortunate today that with the economy being what it is and with so many people out of work, the average person just doesn't have any interest in going to a friends home sales party where they are expected to spend money they cannot afford to spend, and on things they likely don't even need."

"It's fair to say, there simply is not as much to go around as there used to be. Today, a person is more interested in selling something they already have and don't need, for extra cash to pay bills, buy food or what have you."

"Enter the Gold Home Party!"

"Gold parties are pretty easy to put on, and you can make money for yourself doing it. Like the home sales party of the past, gold parties concede you, the host or hostess, the prospect to invite your friends, family, neighbors and workmates over for a fun and playful evening."

When is the Best Time to Host a Gold Party?

Now is the Perfect Time to Host a Gold Party at Home.

"This is the time when people need gas and grocery money. Times are hard so you do what you got to do to supply for your family," says Sara.

A stay at home mom, Sara has been working with gold party clients since March of this year. She has a license to buy gold and works with a refinery to melt it.

Guests have the option of turning down her offer, but for the most part she puts money back into your wallets.

"I paid out $1400 to one single lady,"says Sara. "I've even had ladies cry at my table for 60 dollars. Consider a gold party because you are in the comfort of someone's home and it's a fun environment so you feel more comfortable."

It is true, that although some individuals may discover their precious metals are not worth what they thought they were worth (once you measure the weight in gold), the idea of walking away with cash in hand and a future opportunity to host a home gold party of your own (and make money doing it) makes some customers think they've literally struck gold.

"This is the only kind of party where you will leave with more money than you came with," says Sara. "I guarantee that."

"It is an unusual event when you walk into someone's house with gold in your pocket and leave with money in your pocket," adds Mary Pat.

In Sara's case, she says she pays each gold party attendee about 80-85 percent of the gold's worth, then takes the jewelry to the refinery to be melted down and made into a gold bar.

Gold parties are huge and they truly are a great way to generate a little extra grocery and gas money for you and your family... and they are also a great business opportunity.
